Wellbeing at Work Bronze Award

hannahb09

Building on our previous success of receiving a Wellbeing At Work Commitment Award, we have now achieved the Bronze award for the efforts Education Future Trust makes to enhance employee wellbeing. The East Sussex Wellbeing at Work (Public Health, ESCC initiative) is an accreditation program offering a free framework for employers to boost workplace wellbeing.

EFT CEO Zoe Jackson remarked -

"I’m thrilled that EFT has received the East Sussex Wellbeing at Work Bronze Award. This accolade signifies our continuous dedication to nurturing a healthy, supportive, and positive work environment for our staff.

At EFT, we hold the belief that our staff's wellbeing is crucial to our work's success, allowing us to better support the communities we serve. This award is a testament to the commitment and hard work of our entire team, who consistently strive to foster a culture of care, collaboration, and resilience.

We aim to build on this achievement, pursuing even greater wellbeing initiatives in the future. Thank you to everyone who played a part in this success – your dedication and hard work make EFT an outstanding place to work.

Congratulations to the team on this well-earned recognition.”

Matt Ellis, Programme Coordinator for Wellbeing at Work, visited The Firs to present us with the award.
